Disaster relief 

CALL-OUT TO HOUSTON, TEXAS issued on September 5, 2017.  Update as of Sept. 12: the call-out has been changed to Florida.  

Updated on 9/13/17: Our local Disaster Relief team will be leaving for Fort Meyers, Florida on Friday, September 15 at 6:00 am.  They will leave from Woodmont Baptist Church (East Campus).  They will return on Thursday, Sept. 21.

Our association's Disaster Relief team has members trained in the areas of: chainsaw/mud out recovery, shower trailer, feeding unit, child-care unit, chaplains, and assessment.  Whether working right here in the Shoals after tornado damage, or traveling to other states like New York and Louisiana to assist in flood relief, they have ministered throughout the United States for the past ten years.
